Settlers Country Manor is a gracious historic establishment, nestled amongst 12 acres of majestic gardens, palms and willowed waterways - interlaced with arched bridges and rolling lawns. Magical evenings can be spent beside wood burning alfresco fireplaces, facing out to ambient-lit gardens and brick archways.

Features include the Banquet room for large events and the smaller Game Keepers room for more intimate events. The extensive grounds accommodate marquee sites, team building games (croquet, petanque, volley ball, table tennis) areas, helicopter pad and access to the Waimauku train station. Two cottages are available to accommodate guests if required.
