Our packages are designed to simplify planning by combining the essential elements of your day into a single, coordinated offering. Each package includes catering, beverage service, selected décor items, audio equipment, use of the bridal room, and support from our experienced events team throughout your celebration.
Package pricing is based on your confirmed guest count and includes exclusive use for the duration of your booked celebration, with no separate venue hire fee.
With decades of experience hosting weddings and private functions, our team will guide you through the planning process and assist with on-the-day coordination to ensure everything runs to schedule.

Inclusions of our Wedding Packages
Our packages include the key services and amenities required for both your ceremony and reception, allowing you to manage catering, beverages, styling, and technical support within a single booking.
Exclusive use for your ceremony and reception for up to seven hours from guest arrival time.
Buffet or plated menu, and canapes.
Standard selection of wine, beer & non-alcoholic refreshments for up to six hours.

Ceremony seating and setup.
Standard round or oblong tables include tablecloths (White or Black), cutlery, a choice of coloured napkins, glassware and tea light candles.
A full storage of décor pieces - from vases and silk florals to candle holders, charger plates, draping, among others - available for you to incorporate into your styling
Outdoor music system & wireless microphones.
Red or black carpet for ceremony (not available in wet or muddy conditions).
Present table and wishing well.
Cake table, cake stand & cake knife.
Easels, mirrors, signage, etc.
Chair sashes and table runners (Numerous colours available to match your chosen colour scheme).
Several centrepiece choices.
Private Bridal room, featuring a bathroom and dressing room.
Backdrop fairy lights, lighting, fairy light curtains and/or LED screen wall behind the bridal table.

What is included in your all-inclusive wedding package?
Seven hours of exclusive venue hire, canapés, your choice of main meal, dessert, six hours of unlimited house wines, beers and non-alcoholic refreshments, together with bar and floor service, reception setup, ceremony essentials and more.
How many guests can your reception space accommodate?
Our Banquet Hall can accommodate wedding receptions ranging from intimate celebrations of 40 guests to large seated events of up to 400.
How much does the wedding package cost, and what are the minimum guest or minimum-spend requirements?
Wedding package pricing and minimum guest requirements vary depending on the season and day of the week. Please review our current wedding package for full details, or email our team if you need any further information.
What if our guest numbers are below the minimum requirement for our chosen date?
Minimum guest numbers are based on the number of adults attending and reflect the minimum spend required for your chosen date. Celebrations with fewer guests can still be accommodated, provided the equivalent minimum spend is met. Any difference may be applied toward menu or beverage upgrades, or an extension of venue hire.
What are the wedding package rates for children?
Children aged 5–10 are charged at half the per-person package price for your selected date. Children under 5 are complimentary.
