Settlers Manor Banquet Hall is exclusively yours to host your Wedding Reception Auckland. The size of the room is flexible and can be divided into three. So, whether you have an intimate wedding reception or a large one, we can accommodate and provide a comfortable environment for you and your guests.
Seating capacity
Settlers Manor Banquet Hall is suitable for up to 370 guests (seated) or 400 guests (cocktail style). It also features a grand indoor fireplace, and three alfresco patio areas - the largest being covered with an outside bar and fireplace. This is perfect Venue to host your Wedding Reception in Auckland.
Decoration options
Add the finishing touches to your wedding from our selection of decorations included in your wedding package, and create a wedding theme that is uniquely yours. We provide items such as centerpieces, easels, cake tables and various colors of table clothes, runners, and chair covers you can choose from. In addition, you are welcome to bring your own. Talk to our team about your ideas and we can recommend our most suitable decorative items to you.
Lighting, Music & Dance At Your Wedding Reception Auckland
Having the right amount of lighting is vital for awesome photos, showcasing décor, and creating a great ambiance. As well as our enchanting ceiling lamp lights, we provide fairy lights (on ceilings and as a curtain backdrop) and tea light candles to create a pleasant atmosphere for guests to dine and mingle. Our park area is also lit by up lights at night so you and your guests can continue to enjoy the sight of our garden.
From your Wedding Reception to the very last dance we provide outdoor and indoor audio systems to set the ambiance for your wedding. All you need is a playlist on a mobile device and our system will keep the music flowing. Wireless microphones are also included and will come in handy for hosts and activities such as speeches and wedding games.
If you’re thinking of hiring a DJ or live band, they usually come with (and prefer to use) their own audio system. However, we’re happy for them to use ours too - just let us know and we will coordinate the rest with them.

We can host your ceremony, reception as well as cocktail hours. We don’t charge any venue hire fees for weddings, our wedding packages are based on the number of guests attending (including yourselves). Please see our wedding packages for more details.
How many guests can your venue accommodate?
Reception: 350 guests banquet style (seated) and 400 guests cocktail style (standing).
Ceremony: Our outdoor wedding garden can sit 200 guests comfortably, and indoor 300 guests.
Do you provide overnight accommodation?
Yes, we have two private double bedrooms for our guests. Please contact us for night rates.
Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?
Yes, we have a private bridal room featuring a bathroom and dressing room for changing, hair and makeup.
How long can we have the venue till?
We are a fully licensed venue and you can use the venue until 12am midnight.
