We are here to make sure you and your guests have a fantastic time at Settlers Country Manor. To ensure the quality of our service and your experience, we offer comprehensive Wedding Packages covering fundamentals such as exclusive venue use, selection of food and beverages, choices of décor, audio system, bridal room, and professional staff. Our pricing is based on the number of guests (including yourselves) and we do not charge a venue hire fee.

Inclusions of our Wedding Packages
Venue hire including your ceremony and reception for up to seven hours starting from guest arrival time.
Our wedding buffet menu or wedding plated menu, and canapes.
Our standard selection of wine, beer & non-alcoholic refreshments for up to six hours.

Use of the gardens & chairs for your ceremony.
Standard round or oblong tables include tablecloths (White or Black), cutlery, a choice of coloured napkins, glassware and tea light candles.
A full storage of décor pieces - from vases and silk florals to candle holders, charger plates, draping, among others - available for you to incorporate into your wedding styling
Outdoor ceremony music system & wireless microphones.
Red or black carpet for ceremony (not available in wet or muddy conditions).
Present table and wishing well.
Cake table, cake stand & cake knife.
Easels, mirrors, signage, etc.
Chair sashes and table runners (Numerous colours available to match your chosen colour scheme).
Several centrepiece choices.
Private Bridal room, featuring a bathroom and dressing room.
Backdrop fairy lights, lighting, fairy light curtains and/or LED screen wall behind the bridal table.
Professional quality, hardwood dance floor that comes with laser lighting, moving head lights.
Use of our in-house music system & wireless microphones.
Time for decorating or/and pre-wedding photos on the day of your wedding.

From the Hearts of the Newlyweds
The most gorgeous wedding venue in all of Auckland. When we visited, we knew it was the one. It is just as stunning in person as the photos of their website, if not more so, and looks amazing in wedding photos with gorgeous lighting and tasteful, elegant baroque-inspired decor. The grounds are also gorgeous with lots of options for ceremony locations and photos.
The team, led by Abigail and Jessie, had excellent communication leading up to wedding day, were always prompt with replying to emails, and went above and beyond at all times. We probably sent them about 40+ emails across the 10 months leading up to the wedding and they were friendly and detailed all the way through!
The buffet food was fantastic, with great options for customisation. They even state all allergens and other info on the buffet table (such as which foods contain garlic/onion) which our guests with dietary requirements really appreciated
Our guests can't stop commenting on the amazing food and stunning venue and have universally said it's the best wedding venue they've been to. Many thanks to the Settlers team for the unforgettable experience. M+L.
