01 What does the wedding package include?
Our wedding packages are designed to offer a seamless, all-inclusive celebration and include:
• Up to seven hours of exclusive venue hire from guest arrival
• Ceremony setup with chairs in our outdoor garden locations, plus indoor wet-weather alternatives
• Private bridal room with ensuite bathroom
• Canapés, followed by your choice of a premium buffet or plated main meal, and an extensive dessert buffet
• Six-hour beverage package including house wines, bubbles, beers, and non-alcoholic refreshments
• Reception setup including guest tables, Chiavari chairs, linen, glassware, and crockery
• Use of in-house sound system and microphones, including outdoor ceremony audio
• Dance floor, ambient lighting, and fairy-light backdrop
• Access to a wide range of décor items for your ceremony and reception styling
• Convenient, spacious on-site parking for guests
02 What sound system and visual equipment does the venue provide?
Settlers Country Manor provides an in-house sound system for both indoor and outdoor use, including speakers and multiple wireless microphones for ceremonies and receptions. Music can be played through our system for entrances, background music, and key moments throughout the day.
The reception hall also features a large LED screen suitable for personalised backdrops, welcome slides, photos, or videos. Alternatively, couples may choose a fairy light curtain backdrop in place of the screen. Professional dance-floor lighting, a smoke machine, and cold spark machine are included. Couples are welcome to connect their own device, appoint someone to manage music playback, or engage a DJ using either our equipment or their own.
03 Do you provide decorations at the venue?
Yes, Settlers Country Manor offers access to a full storage of decorative items for couples to use as part of their ceremony and reception styling. These include silk flowers, vases, candle holders, charger plates, sashes, drapings, mirrors, signage, easels, cake table items, and other décor pieces to complement your setup.
You’re welcome to incorporate these items alongside your own styling or external décor, allowing you to personalise the space while keeping the overall look elegant and cohesive.
04 What is your venue hire charge?
There is no separate venue hire fee. Venue hire is included in our wedding packages, which are priced on a per-person basis. This includes exclusive use of the venue for up to seven hours during your event, along with all standard package inclusions.
Additional time on the wedding day prior to your event is available at no extra charge for setup, decorating, and getting ready, subject to venue availability.
05 Is there a bridal room and accommodation available at the venue?
Yes. A standard bridal room is included as part of our wedding packages. Additionally, a luxurious bridal room is also available as an optional upgrade.
For the wedding couple, we also have an on-site honeymoon suite, which can be hired separately, allowing you to relax and enjoy a stress-free wedding night at the venue.
